Hi, in this video we will show you how we manufacture our CNC routers First we design the machine in 3D CAD software Then we start creating structural frame using aluminum profiles They are cut to size assembled Linear guideways and rack are being installed as well The work table is covered with PVC as a waste board Logo plate is mounted I like coffee 😉 Focus in the Z axis Assembling the Z axis and spindle plate Assembled unit with the ATC spindle and pneumatic curtain is installed The motion is smooth thanks to the linear guideways Time for some electronics and cables Cutting the cable channel plates for Y axis On our fiber laser Bend them… Here how they look like before paint Overall look at current stage Lots of cables everywhere 😉 Time for side panels made out of aluminum Generating GCODE for our machining center OK lets do them One is ready… Just quick cut for EM STOP button label Engraving text on it Installed Control panel is made the same way on our laser It has touch screen, MPG wheel, wireless keyboard with touchpad These are the tool holders for the ATC system Machine ready Time for some tests Tool changing sequence Measuting the lenght of the selected tool Ready to start milling Display shows machine coordinates, job preview and other handy stuff Next tool… This is V-bit for chamfering the edges Last tool – flat mill for cutout Hope you enjoyed this video.
